The Thirteenth of the Sixteen Sanskaars (sacraments).
Whilst I am in the process of writing these in detail - each Sanskaar’s merits - this article will specifically highlight various stages of a Wedding ceremony.
You will find some useful information within the sub-headings herein.
Listed hereunder are the ones included so far with brief explanation therein:
- The Wedding Ceremony Scroll - Brief details of the acts carried out during the course of a Wedding Ceremony.
- A Wedding Invitation Insert - A majority of the wedding ceremonies conducted require the patrons (Guests) to remain Silent, it is useful to include something to that effect within the same envelope as your wedding invite.
- Sapta Padi – The Seven Promises: What they are? What is it's importance? And, should you have them included in your wedding ceremony?
