Imagine a beaker full of muddy water.
Leave it to rest for a while.
Let it rest a bit more.
Let the mud settle down at the bottom of the beaker...
Completely
Now just shake the beaker slightly - Not thoroughly
Again let the beaker rest
And rest
Make note of your observations

Now replace beaker with yourself.
Replace mud with all the materialistic and currupt thoughts
